Finish and Clean-Up

Once the last nail is in the roof, OSC will paint all flashing, plumbing stacks and any other accessories to match the color you have chosen for your roof. The crew then uses electronic leaf blowers to rid the roof of any debris left over from the shingling process. Any materials or nails that have fallen into your gutters will be removed before getting off the roof. If any nails were left in your gutters they could wash down and into your yard, and OSC wants no one getting hurt from something that is so easily avoided. Once the crew is off the roof, everyone works together to remove all debris from the yard.

Magnetic rollers are used to pick up any, and all, nails that could be hiding in the grass. Our goal at On-Site Construction is to leave your home the day we build the roof, and for you to never be able to tell that such a major construction project had just taken place.
